We have been providing affordable land to families, investors and developers for well over a combined 10 years and we operate in a capacity that puts our customers first. We have done a significant amount of the heavy lifting up front to provide you the property or properties that fit your needs and at a GREAT VALUE! Additionally, we strictly work with experienced title companies that specialize in land and all of our properties come with title insurance. This makes our process pleasant for everyone. OWNER FINANCING is available through our in-house program, which allows us to help families that don’t have the cash on hand or families not able to get bank financing. We will do our best to find a solution for you to ensure the best land buying experience around!   

Getting Started

Search here for the property you want and contact us to schedule a dedicated time slot to visit the property (typically for 1 to 2 hours). We are happy to answer any questions we can about the property and we always encourage buyers to perform their own due diligence. Each property is unique to fit the needs of each customer, which differs from state to state and county to county. Once you decide on the property that is right for you, we will start the closing process with one of our experienced and independent 3rd party title companies.

Our buyers are people who just want a place to call their own. Some want a weekend getaway, some want a location for a future dream home, and some just want to invest in land. Everyone has their own reasons for wanting to purchase, but one thing our buyers all have in common is they want the process to be quick and easy. We make the buying process as easy as possible through an independent, 3rd party title company. We will be there for you through every step of the way…that is our promise!

We pass our savings on to you!

We sell vacant land in many counties and states to people just like you. Our prices are offered below market value due to our proprietary purchasing process. Through our stringent valuation and due diligence process, we work very hard to ensure our prices are lower than other properties currently for sale. All of the land we sell is land we own or control through our purchasing agreements. Every property we sell comes with a clear title and insurance policy (if needed), no liens, no back taxes and no HOA/POA back dues.

How Does Your Owner Financing Program Work?

We provide OWNER FINANCING options on nearly all of our properties! We take each property and customer into account to determine an affordable down payment and monthly payment for each family. We don’t perform any credit checks, so you have already been approved. Just be transparent with your down payment amount and monthly budget so you are able to make timely payments to our loan servicer. We strive to create a WIN-WIN situation for the customer and Land and More Land through this program.

Become a landowner!

We are not real estate agents or brokers and we solely represent ourselves during these transactions. Every property that we sell is sold with clear title and with no liens or back taxes owed. You will own your property at the lowest possible price, which allows you to invest the savings towards property improvements to transform your vision into a reality! We have several repeat clients who have already earned 2-4x on their first property purchased with us.

Please keep in mind that each Buyer is fully responsible for performing their own due diligence, which includes verifying all information with the County or appropriate party as to what can and can’t be done with the property. Buyer will need to work with the County or appropriate party to obtain the proper permits if needed. Buyer will also need to confirm the availability of any utilities needed, whether connections exist and their connection charges, or if utilities need to be serviced on the property. Seller makes no representations or warranties about the land, its condition(s), or what can or can’t be built on the property or the condition when the transfer of ownership takes place. All properties are sold “As Is” and “Where Is” and the Buyer hereby agrees to waive and or release Land and More Land for any and all claims that could potentially arise from any transaction of a respective property offered by Land and More Land.
