What kind of land do you have for sale?
Our focus is in vacant and undeveloped land. Some of our property may have service (i.e., sewer, water, power, etc.) and some of our property may be completely raw (i.e., no sewer, water, power, etc.). We offer both since various land buyers want different things. We’ll let you know what is available with each property!
Why are you able to discount the properties so much? Why not keep the best deals for yourself?
You’ll find land investment properties on this site are discounted around 20% to 50% from current market prices because our proprietary system allows us to contact landowners who want and need to sell their property. Usually, land owners want to sell because they need the money and our company gladly assists by buying their land quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Thus, we are able to pass those savings on to YOU!
How are the properties different from ones I’d find on the MLS?
Good question! Most of the land listings you’ll find on our site are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS (ours are off-market!). The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service,” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. We work directly with sellers because many times we’re able to help them solve their problems more quickly and far cheaper than listing on the MLS.
Are you an agent that lists land for sale?
No, we are not agents. We are investors that buy and sell land.
Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?
We work with investors who buy in various ways. Most of our buyers prefer to pay in cash since we often offer deeper discounts to cash buyers as they close quickly. However, if you are pre-approved with a bank and can close quickly, we’ll consider all offers. We also offer owner financing on the majority of our properties…so make sure to reach out to see how we can help!
How do I make an offer on a property?
Simple! Contact us. Give us a ring, shoot us an email, or head over to our webform on our website and submit your information. We take offers on a first come, first served basis… so calling us is the quickest way to reach us. Once you connect with us and are ready to purchase the property, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property. We’ll answer any of your questions, so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decisions. We also use independent, 3rd party title/escrow companies to ensure you feel comfortable.
How often do you add new land listings to the site?
We’re always sourcing new land deals and we are constantly updating new properties to our website! Check back often since our properties move fast.
